Cooking Instructions
- Meat Dishes: Pour 3 tablespoons over half kg of meat, fry, and let it cook to desired softness.
- Matumbo: Apply 2 tablespoons before boiling or frying.
- Fish: Sprinkle on before you fry. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Omena: Use 1 tablespoon after frying.
- Chicken: After cooking for 5 minutes, sprinkle 5 tablespoons, and let it cook to desired softness.
- Greens: Pour 4 tablespoons into sufuria, Mtoo, Saga etc. Add 3 handfuls of greens and stir to retain and enhance green color.
- Sukuma: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons to every handful after frying.
- Cereals: For Githeri, Beans, Green grams, Njahi, etc., use 4 tablespoons for every half kg. Cook until tender.
- Tubers (Potatoes, Matoke etc.): For mashing, add organic salt when it starts to boil to soften the mixture.
- Eggs: For 2 eggs, add 1 tablespoon, beat thoroughly, and fry. Makes the egg very spongy.
